Name one thing you make sure to do that makes you happy, hopeful, more relaxed. 

One thing I have been trying to do while this is going on is to keep moving. It can be very easy with online classes one after the other to stay in the same position for hours on end. Because of this, I try to get up and stretch or do small workouts between all of my classes, and I always feel much better on days where I do this, and not so great on days that I don’t. Staying active, even if it’s not as much as I usually am, has been very helpful in keeping my mood up and keeping my body feeling good.
